Aelfwin's tarnished circlet
It sat on a restless head in a sealed barrow, and settled nothing whatever.
Vendor trash. Nothing in the game wants it: no recipe, no enchant, nothing to wear. Stacks in one inventory slot. Vendors pay 542 coins for it.
