Troll tooth
The size of a child's fist, brown to the root, and loose long before it was taken.
Vendor trash. Nothing in the game wants it: no recipe, no enchant, nothing to wear. Stacks in one inventory slot. Vendors pay 20 coins for it.
What drops it
Mire troll
