Sodden saddle-horn
Worn smooth by a gloved hand, and the leather that held it has gone back to the slough.
Vendor trash. Nothing in the game wants it: no recipe, no enchant, nothing to wear. Stacks in one inventory slot. Vendors pay 17 coins for it.
What drops it
Slough outrider
