Blunted trepan
Meant for letting ill humours out of a head. The column kept its humours, and kept waiting.
Vendor trash. Nothing in the game wants it: no recipe, no enchant, nothing to wear. Stacks in one inventory slot. Vendors pay 69 coins for it.
